The newsletter of the Icelanders of Victoria, called Fréttir, meaning "news" in the Icelandic language, is published from time to time and distributed free of cost to all members of the association.
News and items of interest are always welcome for the newsletter. Please contact us about possible articles based on travel to Iceland, genealogical research, Canadian communities with Icelandic ties, recipes, reports on lectures, performances and events and anything else you think might be of interest to other members. The newsletter cannot be published without content. Or, if you have any other way to volunteer (editing, typing, distribution, proof reading, drawing, stuffing, photographing), your help would be much valued.
