	Phase Two is a free program designed to provide support to women 
who have been on social assistance at some time in the past year, and who 
are ready to explore retraining and career options.  We offer 
counselling, help with resumes and interviews, success teams and

	Provide counselling for all family members affected by divorce, 
separation or family reorganization in a small group format, as well as 
legal support services (lawyer preparation, court preparation, court 
orientation, financial preparation) and supervised access for individuals 
with a legal agreement or court order.
