College Row is a place where electronic information about colleges and
universities will be posted.  Students interested in learning more about
the school they might wish to attend in the coming year(s) can get the
information they need.  Special emphasis will be extended to those 
colleges and universities who assist their local K-12 schools in getting
Internet connectivity.
