Ressler insists that this is not just another book about the World Wide Web. 
This assertion is true, but it is difficult to say what the book *is* about.
 
There are smatterings of all kinds of stuff generally having to do with
publication, printing, and publishing/printing technology.  Most of these
topics are covered in too little detail to be useful, although they might make
interesting reading.
 
Perhaps this would make a good introductory overview of publication technology.
