There is still a need for a good guide for those setting up dial-up IP (SLIP or
PPP) connections to the Internet.  Once the link is set up, however, most of
the rest of the activities for accessing the Internet are plug and play, or
point and click.  Therefore, it is rather surprising that this pamphlet says
nothing practical about the setup.  There is some (brief) discussion of terms,
but little to help the user actually use.
 
The result is, therefore, little more than a list of the applications available
on the net.  Even this is of little help.  Screen shots are taken from the
normal array of Windows GUI client programs, but descriptions of use seem to
have been lifted bodily from Hughes' earlier "Internet Public Access Guide"
(cf. BKINTPAG.RVW), and generaly refer to UNIX shell or other text based
clients.
