Gerber does offer a complete and easy to follow guide to setting up an MS
Exchange Server.  In addition, there is direction on the use of both the Server
and the client software.  The material is well presented, if little different
than would be found in the documentation.
 
Singularly missing is any compelling reason to use MS Exchange Server.  Those
who have heard some of the claims for Exchange will find little evidence to
support its purchase.  Examples of real applications would have made the book
more convincing, and likely more useful.
