There are anthologies of the strips in print, starting with "User Friendly" (cf. BKUSRFRN.RVW). This book contains some of the earliest strips, and a few others chosen as illustrations, but it primarily deals with the questions the author gets about the origin of the strip and various characters. There are also, well, I suppose "essays" would fit, about various subjects dear to the cartoonist's heart. As well as a few pieces by members of the User Friendly community. An unusual work, but, for fans of the strip, insightful and intriguing. copyright Robert M. Slade, 2003 BKUFCSV1.RVW 20030103
