General Description:

                  Comparison of features and specifications

User Friendliness

Installation

No installation information is given, but the program is very simple to
install, with only a few related files, all contained in the distribution
archive.

Ease of use

The program is menu and icon driven. Most options are self-explanatory.
("Guard" could be clearer: it is the replacement of the boot sector with either
a "message" boot sector to overwrite any boot sector viri, or a "monitoring"
program.)

The program will allow you to examine disk sectors, although there does not
seem to be any provision for editting.

Help systems

None provided as such.

Compatibility

Unknown, but VKILLER is currently the most widely recommended Atari antiviral.

Company Stability

Unknown.

Company Support

Phone, mail, GEnie, Compuserve and Internet contacts are given.

Documentation

The manual does not cover all of the features of the program in detail, but
most can be figured out on screen. The documentation does provide an excellent
overview of the Atari disk formats and structure as an exposition of how boot
sector viri work.

System Requirements

Medium or high resolution monitor.

Performance

Unknown, but this is currently the most widely recommended Atari antiviral.

Local Support

None provided.

Support Requirements

Unknown. The program appears to be simple enough as not to need any support,
but advanced users will find additional functions they may find helpful.
