Good morning,
I thought I would bring this to your attention prior to the TC conference
call. I was introduced to this group through Paulo Eusebio (Industry
Canada) and I spoke to the folks yesterday (see info below). They will be
at the upcoming summit as well. I think it's very interesting.

In follow-up to my conversation with Eric Baker (a colleague of yours at
Industry Canada), I wanted to share with you our work where we are working
on a plan to connect majority of world's population who do not have access
to the Internet. We are intending to start here in B.C.
We are called A Human Right" and we believe that access to information is a
human right (ahumanright.org). We are building a network that will provide
free and fast Internet by creating and stewarding a freely available
decentralized global system of communication through deploying unused
bandwidth offered up (through a charitable donation) by various satellite
providers.
Our latest initiative, to buy a satellite and grant Internet access to
