[Advisors] Can. Internet Forum -- consultations

Hello all

CIRA has recently set up an on-line consultation for this year's 
Canadian Internet Forum.  We need to get involved in this just like 
we did in the Industry Canada digital economy on-line 
consultation.  It's a pretty similar set-up.

If we make our presence heard in this online forum, we will probably 
get a real presence at the actual forum which will be held in Ottawa 
in a few months -- maybe even an opportunity to speak about the many 
exciting programs running at CAP sites.  We've made a lot of headway 
with CIRA -- it's important to use this occasion to keep up our visibility

You have to register but you don't (as far as I can determine) have 
to be a CIRA member.
