Hi everyone,
A few years ago the PCNA put up a survey that went out to all cap sites in =
the Pacific Region and it was picked up by a few more regions across Canada=
. We simply asked what the cuts to the program would mean to their communi=
ty. The survey results instantly went to an email list of all the Ministe=
rs, Opposition Ministers and to Harper himself. We didn't filter anything=
and the results were emailed immediately. Is this the right approach thi=
s time?
