[Advisors] CAP article

Hello everyone,

we will be revamping the website tomorrow to include all of this, the  
webmaster is on stand-by. Keep sending it in, we wil figure out how to  
present it.

Sorry to say but the Government is now on to the next cut, hoping it  
will cover the last sad decision. Keep on this, let's say CAP led the  
way!
