If the Conservatives restore funding, it will be with deep reluctance =
and resentment.
I'll be amazed if they actually do it.
Ideological interests aside, they are way out of their depth and =
desperately want to offload responsibility.
Whatever the outcome, the conversation needs to focus on longer-term =
strategies for community access that don't assume federal support.
Do we want to get this conversation started?
