[Advisors] Letter to MPs

Hello everyone,

just a follow-up. Charlotte Janes, Vice-Chair of the NSCAP Association  
met with her local Conservative MP Greg Kerr and spoke with him about  
opening a dialogue regarding using CAP infrastructure to support  
employability, small business training, youth etc. Charlotte reports  
he was "receptive" and he will bring it to caucus.

I have asked Gareth to add Charlotte to the TC list, as well as  
Melanie Pauls (our CAP Coordinator from Pictou-Antigonish).
