[Advisors] CIRA elections - phase 1 -- deadline Sept. 6

The CIRA elections consists of several phases.  Phase 1 involves getting 
at least 20 members to support your inclusion on the final list of 
candidates. We have until Sept. 6 to make sure Kevin McArthur's name is 
on that list.  If you want to help, here is the process:

This year there will be TWO members elected from this group so you can 
show your support for two candidates.  I am supporting Michael Geist and 
Kevin.
