The ISOC Canada chapter is still in the process of formation. The =
charter is still being refined in response to discussions with ISOC. I =
will communicate, when I can, any significant and relevant progress in =
this regard. I am also willing to answer any questions related to the =
formation of the chapter, if I feel I can.

Any and all statements regarding WCIT and Internet Governance would =
be my own opinion and nothing more. However, as the act of proffering =
them might lead some to mistakenly believe that my statements represent =
ISOC Canada positions, I must, for once, refrain from offering those =
opinions.
I would recommend asking someone from ISOC to share their view on =
WCIT and Internet Governance. Sally Wentworth was in Dubai and did an =
excellent job of reporting on the conference - before, during and after =
- to the ISOC mailing list. There is also the ISOC statement concerning =
the outcome of WCIT available at =
http://www.internetsociety.org/news/internet-society-disappointed-over-fun=
