[Advisors] Ottawa forum re unlawful access legislation

Hello all.  I have been pretty consumed, for the last two months, in 
the organizing of a forum here in Ottawa on the expected "lawful 
access" legislation.  Any CAP site that operates as a small ISP needs 
to have this legislation on its radar because the technical demands 
are going to be onerous -- to say nothing of the human rights and 
privacy infringements.
