it is a weekend of 'hackathon' by a team of volunteer web/tech =
developers
and designers coming together with guidance by policy experts. the aim =
is to
build amazing open/collaborative tools/apps based on particular =
development
themes/challenges/datasets. here are some problem set that has been =
tackled

if you or any other interested parties want to come join the organizing
meetings (held Tuesdays 4.30 PM) - either as a subject matter expert or
