I have been told that HRSDC has been cut by one-third so there may not be a
lot of people to talk to there.

Hi Bev,

I have heard from Greg Kerr's Asistant in Ottawa (Conservative MP).
NSCAP had written him a letter, which I presented in person. At that
meeting he asked me to change it somewhat and resend it. We are
asking that a federal department or person be identified that could
begin a conversation with our provincial department managing CAP.

His Assistant wanted some clarification and said we would get an
answer to our letter soon. They had identified Human Resources and
Skill Development Canada and the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency
as possibilities.
