Yes, I had to beat them over the head a bit on that at least for the
document that you have circulated as there was nothing in there from an
"inclusion" perspective when it was first circulated about a week ago :(.

Dear all,
Please find attached a finalized copy of the advocacy document
circulated a few weeks.
This document won't be submitted formally, but will be shared with the
Geneva missions of States that have made similar recommendations at the
UPR in the past, as suggested talking points and to advocate for those
States to ask at least one of the specific questions or make at
least one recommendation from the list.
If you have any last-minute proposed edits please send them asap. We
would like to send this document to Geneva missions by the end of this
week.
