Susan Crawford has stated three exquisite goals for US national =
broadband strategy:
=B7      Remove barriers to investment in local fiber networks.
=B7      Make reasonably priced high-speed access available to everyone
=B7      Foster real competition by changing the rules that keep the =
status quo in place.

Those goals go double for Canada but, because the degree of prime =
carrier domination of policy formulation is far more intense,  are =
doubly hard to do here.
