[Advisors] AGM - postponement

FYI . I wrote to Darlene asking about Gareth's illness. She called me
because she was struggling to share this information about Gareth in
writing. After seeing the last couple of messages I thought I would make an
effort to share Darlene's information with everyone on her behalf. 

 

I understand that Gareth is now in palliative care and is in and out of
consciousness. His cancer has returned and is now spread throughout his
body. Garth did get to have a short visit with Gareth. It sounds that Gareth
is now transitioning to this next step on his special and wonderful journey
on this earth. 

 

I have some great memories of Gareth that I wrote to him before Darlene's
call. I understand he is no longer able to get his emails. 

 

My warmth thoughts are with Gareth and his family during this time of change
.
