Hello advisors. Here is a link to an interesting report on the status
of the Internet in Canada:

https://freedomhouse.org/report/freedom-net/2014/canada

Access issues still part of the landscape:

"While internet access is widely available in Canada, there is a gap in
access related to income: the highest income bracket has a penetration
rate of nearly 95 percent, while the penetration rate within the lowest
income bracket has an internet penetration rate closer to 63 percent.[7]
<https://freedomhouse.org/report/freedom-net/2014/canada#_ftn7> Use of
public access points such as libraries is declining but is still an
important resource, particularly for younger Canadians or those with
lower household incomes."
