[Advisors] Fwd: Re TC and Bill C-51

Hello Advisors.  As a member of ISOC I received a message asking ISOC  
to join the petition against Bill C-51.  We, as TC, haven't done  
anything on this yet.  I would advise signing on to the petition.

What are your thoughts.
