[Advisors] Notice of mtg and agenda - AGM

Please find attached a notice of meeting and an agenda for the 2014-15 
AGM which will be held on Mar. 6 at 1:00 pm. EST.

The plan at the moment is to hold this meeting through Google Hangout 
(professional version which can accommodate 25 participants) thanks to 
the resources available through Clarice and Anthony in Manitoba.
