[Advisors] AGM -- please, please fill out the doodle poll

Hello everyone.  If you have not done so yet, please fill out the doodle 
poll for potential dates for an AGM.  This would happen virtually -- so 
there is no expectation that anyone go anywhere.  Even if you can't 
participate at all on any of these dates/times, at least we would know 
that you have given it some thought.  There are 65 people subscribed to 
this list and anyone can participate -- but only 7 have filled out the poll.
