We won't receive word on who receives Contribution Agreements until the end of June/early July...so by the time CAs get done - it will be another August start for delivery agents.  Getting an allocation amount early would be good - even without the CA as it would at least let us get revised contracts and paperwork in place.  I suspect the contribution agreements will look quite different this year and a lot of work will be going in to change them....which could cause further delay (anyone else remember the year it rolled out in November due to changes?).   Below is what I got by email this morning....with the Minister reviewing all proposals I think end of June is optimistic.   Just a heads-up.

"We are only now getting through the Final claims as the 2015-2016 application process took longer than expected and the Minister has been requesting additional information regarding each project.  We should have our answer before the end of June on the funding allocations and then we will be working to get the contribution agreements out the door."
