[Advisors] TC AGM -- conference call

We will have access to a conference call line for the AGM (12:00 - 1:00 
Friday May 6) -- thanks to Peter Frampton.  I will circulate the numbers 
mid-week.

Although google hangout did work for our test, we really need to get as 
many people together as possible for the AGM -- so we will take the path 
of least resistance this time, since we have been offered one.
