[Advisors] consultation re: WSIS outcomes

Thank you for the documentation which I will read carefully and will use
to inform interventions on my part. I was invited to this as an
individual, not as a member of any group -- probably because I have
attended many internet related events in the last two years and have
expressed an interest in this area. It is a very small consultation --
only 25 (probably Ottawa based) people. In this case I didn't have to do
it, and I don't know if anyone else invited will arrive prepared with
information gathered from a wide set of stakeholders. But I do believe
in widening the circle and seeking input. So I did put out a call for
input and I will, like any honest participant, make appropriate
references re: sources.
But I am finding your line of questioning somewhat passive aggressive. I
am sorry you are not happy about this. But starting www3 about it will
only ensure that neither of us ever get invited to these things again.
And that would be a shame. One less opportunity to present what is
probably a similiar position. I have participated in these things before
and quite effectively. And I have been around civil society discussions
for a long time, just as you have. So, let's have a little trust -- and
assume that I am capable of presenting ideas that further all our best
interests.
