[Advisors] cap and private partnerships

Hello all.  I think those of you seeking any money from Ind. Can. this 
year to keep your centers going had to seek a partnership with a private 
enterprise.  Is that correct?  Can anyone share a story where that 
caused undue difficulty or you simply could not find one?  I am looking 
for examples to show that communities build the economy and not the 
other way around.
