[Advisors] victims of harperism march

Hello advisors

I did attend the Victims of Harperism march on Saturday with a sign 
commemorating the CAP program.  Here is a great video of the events.  
Unfortunately, our sign does not appear in the video.  But there are a 
some pictures of the (2 person) CAP delegation still coming that I will 
send along
