[Advisors] OpenMedia's community broadband platform

Hello all. Just letting you know about OpenMedia's new Community 
Broadband platform <https://community-broadband.ca/>and email campaign 
to encourage Canadians to engage with their local leaders to “build 
reliable, world class Internet infrastructure” in their communities. 
This platform was built with the support of CIRA’s Community Investment 
Program,

The Community Broadband Initiative explains community broadband, makes a 
case for pursuing community broadband, including improved accessibility 
and social and economic benefits. It also provides examples of Canadian 
community broadband leaders

successfully rolled out affordable, high-speed Internet, such as 
Coquitlam, British Columbia, Olds, Alberta and Stratford, Ontario.
