[Advisors] TC AGM doodle poll

Hello all. We need to hold a TC AGM in the next few weeks.  Everyone on 
this list is a member of TC and can participate in the AGM which will, 
hopefully, be in the last week of June. Thanks to one of our members, we 
will be able to do this through a teleconferencing system again this 
year. An agenda will be sent out tomorrow. Meanwhile, please go to this
