[Advisors] Ontario Digital Inclusion Summit - time sensitive

Hello colleagues. This is to let you know about the Ontario Digital 
Inclusion Summit to be held in Toronto in Feb. 2018. Deadline for 
proposals is Nov. 26th if you are interested in participating -- just a 
few days. It is pretty Ontario-centric but some of you on this list will 
qualify. From my quick reading of it, it looks like they will take 200 
people and there is money available for financial assistance.
