[Advisors] TC occasional teleconference -- doodle poll

Hello advisors. Let's try to hold an occasional teleconference before 
this year ends. I thought we could brainstorm a bit about how to 
revitalize this organization, get some new members, think about projects 
we could (should) take on. Of course, we would also be interested in 
hearing about your local events/developments.
