[Advisors] TC home page updated

Hello advisors. In the interests of letting the world know we are an 
active and engaged community, I have asked Ian to update the TC homepage 
with a shout-out to three of our members who are running CIRA sponsored 
projects this year. He as also rearranged things a bit so that the 
donate button is highly visible at the top of the page.
