[Advisors] reminder -- TC sponsored ICANN livestream event

A reminder that TC is sponsoring an ICANN briefing here in Ottawa (5-6 
EST) which will be livestreamed for people anywhere to tune in. On the 
livestream channel I can't tell who has tuned in, they only give 
numbers. So, if you can tune in  please sign in on the eventbrite page 
so we will know you were there. The details for livestream access are in
