[Advisors] Canada's contribution to the growth of ICANN

Hello advisors. I am currently at ICANN66 in Montreal. Canadians, as 
usual are well represented in all parts of this organization. I thought 
you might be interested in this blog about our contribution to the 
evolution of this vital organization. Too bad the fact that 
Telecommunities Canada was instrumental in the founding of the North 
American Regional At Large Organization does not appear.
