[Advisors] covid-19 and rural internet access

I can tell you that now that I am living in an extremely rural part of NS,
I now have to work nights on my blog to get any work done.  THAT is how
slow rural internet access is here right now with all the kiddos home from
school.

Grrrrrrrr......
