[Advisors] New board of directors

Hello advisors. Here is the new list of directors for 2020-2021. The 
only change is the addition of Kathryn Carruthers -- a long time 
colleague of mine and friend of TC whose work for years has enabled many 
small non-profits to manage their on-line presence. Welcome Kathryn.
