[Advisors] CRTC funding for northern community connectivity

Hi advisers. Sorry to be sending around news from several weeks ago, but 
it needs to be acknowledged, nevertheless -- $72M for internet 
improvements in northern communities -- $10M to one of our own -- 
Broadband Communications North under the direction of Ken Sanderson
