Thanks for this Garth. These things often look good on paper but in 
reality, not much changes. My question would be "Is any of this going to 
help the Ragged Edge Community Network (recn.ca) in Port McNeil, B.C." 
survive? Is any of this going to help the Vancouver Community Network 
regain some of its strength?"
