[Advisors] Welcome Andrew and newsletter

Please join me in welcoming Andrew Martey Asare to the TC list and many 
thanks for his great presentation to our group on the NCF MESH network 
project. I think we will be keeping a close eye on how this project evolves.

I am also attaching a PDF of our first newsletter listing our activities 
from January to March 2021. I am planning to product 3-4 of these per 
year. They will be posted on our website.
