[Advisors] Talks on Canadian tech issues now available

Several of us were able to attend Wednesday's talk with former CRTC 
chair Konrad von Finkensten (Taming big tech; exploring the 
alternatives) and were able to participate in the Q&A sessions. It was 
recorded but has not yet been posted. However there have been a number
