[Advisors] TC AGM Thurs. Dec. 1, 3-4 EST

The TC AGM will be held on Thurs. Dec. 1,  3-4pm EST.

I will send out a proposed list of directors, an agenda and the 
president's report on Wednesday (tomorrow). Garth Graham will send out
