[Advisors] second call: Global digital compact submission suggestions

Hello advisors. I am hoping to receive some reaction to the suggestions 
below. Am I on the right track/wrong track? Do you have additions (or 
subtractions).

I will have to complete this within the next week -- so please let know 
your thoughts before Monday April 10.
