[Advisors] NARALO session on broadband

Hi Advisors. Here is a link to the ICANN77 session on Broadband policies 
in Canada and the U.S. I was part of the panel giving the overview of 
Canadian programs and Andrew Martey Asare from the National Capital 
Freenet provided an end-user, on-the-ground perspective for us. There 
were 3 speakers on the U.S. side -- one gov. rep., one from a research 
institute and one from a public interest organization,  It was a 90
