Perhaps an explanation might be in order.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>Further, as with last year, I am completely unable to make it to Ottawa for this meeting (I’m currently on business in Manila) but would have liked to at least listen in, if not participate remotely but a quick scan of the CIF site does not indicate a means for me to access the meeting remotely. Is there any reason for this, since one can presume that CIRA has the financial resources and technical capacity to organize this.
