a CIRA board member for the last nine years. His record of
participation in the community networking scene in Canada is
impressive.He is a past president of the Sea to Sky Freenet in
Squamish, B.C. He is a founding member of the Internet Society
(ISOC) – Canada Chapter. He has been active in the international
Internet governance scene, having participated in the Internet
Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) organization as
the ISOC - Canada representative to the North American Regional
At-Large Organisation (NARALO). He has also worked with ICANN's
GNSO sector through the Non-Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC),
the Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group (NCSG), and the Civil Society
Internet Governance Caucus (IGC).<br>

<p>Kerry is the owner and manager of KDB Systems, an IT consulting
firm located in Squamish, British Columbia. His company
specializes in designing, implementing, and managing networks for
small and midsized businesses in the Vancouver to Whistler area. <br>
