<div dir="ltr"><font size="2" color="#000000">We would like to welcome Ken Sanderson to the our growing list of community networking practitioners and advocates. Ken is the CEO of Mahkesis Group Inc. an Indigenous owned project and IT services company. and CEO of IN Wave. As well Ken is the Executive Director of Broadband Communications North Inc. an Internet Service Provider (ISP) with a proven track record that has been in operation since 2002. It is Manitoba's largest Indigenous network providing service to more than 50 rural, northern and remote communities in Manitoba. Ken believes in capacity development. Over the course of his career Ken has worked to support organizations, communities and businesses in becoming aware of their strengths and assets, he then supports them in determining how they can enhance and build upon them.  We look forward to the added breadth of knowledge he will bring to the TC community.</font>
